That right there was done right. Another reason for doing the reverse sear. Nice work once again. Perfectly cooked. Oh yeah what was it seasoned with and what was the sauce?

Wow! That looks great, Phrasty! I don't think I've ever eaten breadfruit. I wonder if I can find it around here.

I really need to find an excuse to come visit you! :-D

It isn't fair looking at that beautiful meat. You are freaking killing me!

All I got to cook is some measly short ribs today!

You are still killing me. Amazing, and thanks.

Thanks Bill. I try to do them whole whenever I can. I have a good contact for them. I get them at a great price! It's a great cut to feed a couple drunk farks... cuz if you can't manage the fork you can always use your hands... :heh:

Good to see you around man. How you been?

That right there was done right. Another reason for doing the reverse sear. Nice work once again. Perfectly cooked. Oh yeah what was it seasoned with and what was the sauce?

Thanks Skidder. I seasoned it with evoo and my steak rub. my twist on a coarse montreal style rub. the sauce was a kicked up béarnaise...

Hey Ron, I'm not sure. It over ripens very easily and turns to mush. It's great though. We always roast them basically on the coals then you can eat as is or slice and fry like i did. Hard to explain the texture & flavor though. very unique but not "out there" It's very nice...

Ain't nothing wrong with short ribs... :thumb::heh: Thanks Brother!
