Hot damn that looks good. I certainly admire your commitment to cooking outdoors. At the end of a long day at work about the only thing I fire up is the grill. Sigh.

It amazes me at what a BBQ cook will cook up to go with the BBQ. So many artful and unique dishes. It boggles my mind. (OK, small mind, I know so it's easily done. :rolleyes:)

Looks Phantastic! I love all the stuPh that All Spice Cafe guy makes! I've used that ghost stuPh on pig candy with great results.
