What is everyone cooking up for Easter?

Going to fire up the smoker for Easter. The following is on the menu.
Ham - going to try a basic ham rub
Sweet Ham Rub
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons all spice
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Enough for 3-5lb ham

Burnt ends - going to take some of the shoulder steaks (1" thick) we have from the locker and cube them up and rub them down and smoke them.
Dixie Meat Rub's - Competition Pork Rub on half. (Thanks for the samples by the way!)

Smokehouse Phat (Pretty Hot And Tasty) Rub on the other half.

Sweet pepper turds - A variation of ABT's only the wife is kind of a wuss. Going to stuff with cream cheese, kielbasa, and some spices.

Thanks
Willis

We're keeping it simple.

Spiral Cut uncured ham from Trader Joe's
Sweet taters
smashed taters (for the non-sweet tater eaters)
Broccoli

and that's it!

Not firing up the smoker this year. Bringing stuffed shells and an appetizer to a buddy's house for the egg hunt and bloody mary's.

Haven't decided on the sides yet but, I just bought a nice large pack of fryer chicken legs to put on the smoker after church.

Wifes working mid-nights, so we're just doing pork tenderloin (Alton Browns recipe), roasted baby gold potatoes, and garlic sautéed spinach. Simple and fast.
