WSM thread for the Roadmap

Does anyone recall a good comprehensive thread for beginners on the WSM that would be suitable for the Roadmap?

I know the Virtual Weber Bullet site is the go to on the subject but wanted something of our own for reference.

If we cant' find a thread that fits the bill, maybe we can make one for that purpose.
