That is where I got mine - since I did a small order, like 6 bottles, they were going to charge me extra since they usually deal in bulk orders - orders under a certain amount are charged a $15 small order fee. A lady from customer service called me (I did not call them) to say she'll waive that extra fee and call it a "sample order". So maybe play dumb, and call and ask to order a "sample order" of X amount of the bottles and see if they waive the $15 fee.

Even with the extra $15, the order would have been about $22 or $24 or something for 6 bottles, which was cheaper than I had found elsewhere. I also liked how they have different caps, the caps come in different colors, different configurations, various size diameter holes for the shaker area, etc.

Are you trying to bottle and sell rubbes, or are you wanting to store rubs for use after they are made?

Good question. I should of made it more clear. I am not looking for the re-sell type. I just want some that I can put my own rubs in for storage an use later.

If that's the case...you may not have to spend much at all. I just save the bottles that the spices I use to make my rubs to store them in. Larger bottles like the one's that they sell at whole sale stores like Sam's and BJ's work great for rubs that I use all the time. For smaller batches of rubs that are used every once in a while, I use spice bottles like the large pepper and Lawry's bottles sold at places like Walmart. But, like above, mason jars work well for storing bulk so you can use the shaker style bottle's sooner.

Bingo on using canning jars. Makes em easy to stack one on the other. Less shelf space.

+1 on the bottles from spicebarn. I made a bulk purchase and have all my spices in uniform bottles. I think I have the 8oz bottles with the flapper caps. This works very well since I like to buy spices from bulk sellers at the market. Granted, recycling old bottles or using jars may be more economical. I just like having the uniformity.

Same here. I just cleaned out a used parmesan cheese container for future use. Peel the labels off and slap a piece of tape on it with what you're storing.
