Kinda comp, for the guys with comp trailers.

Just wondering if anyone has used Kool Seal or any other Elastomeric on their trailer roof to help cool it down? If so did it work?

Its not bad now but summer is a coming down in here in FL!

Thanks in advance!

Wally

I coated my trailer roof with some stuff from Home Depot. made for mobile homes. (maybe the same type) White and flexiable. my roof was gray before and hot. really helps with the heat in the trailer. also I have the roof insulated on the inside to help.

Great! Seems like a very economical way to help cool things down!

Thank you for answering!

Just an update for anyone looking to try to cool down their trailer.

I went to home depot and bought their Lanco elastomeric paint (10 year) applied a few coats over the last few days and it has made a huge difference. The trailer is well over 10 degrees cooler now. The investment with roller brushes was about 50 dollars.

Easy, cheap way to make life more comfortable at comps.

Hope this might help some of yall with the summer coming!
