We have a local bar nearby my house that we go to on occasion and they have Scottish eggs and I cannot go there and not order them. I have thought about making them on my cooker several times and after seeing your post, I'm thinking about it again;). Yours look amazing, great job!

Just wrapped a hard boiled egg in some breakfast sausage, dusted it with some rub and wrapped it with a slice of bacon. I think next time I will devil the yokes. I didn't have any honey mustard sauce so I just used some BBQ sauce.

They are normally rolled in bread crumbs and deep fried & served with honey mustard.

Jimmy Dean made it I just put some rub on it and wrapped it with bacon ;) let it firm up in some plastic wrap and tossed it on the FEC

It would be lots of trial and error, hard to keep them loose enough to peel and then not have them set up from the cooking of the meat.

Oh My! This is being added to my to do list.. Hey mods we need a wish list like on Amazon for stuff like this. It would make some of these delicious ideas easier to remember and find. http://i781.photobucket.com/albums/yy99/mykeystoy/Miscellaneous/slobber.gif
