Cooked up a brisket about a week ago and saved all the juices. Strained the grease and heated the juices on the stove for a bit and poured it on the brisket once I sliced it up.

I saved the extra juices and put them in the fridge. I tried it some beef soup and it was excellent like to try have it again but I have no idea what the shelf life of it would be. Anyone have an idea?

refrigerated and sealed, it will last for weeks.

If you'll just put it in a container and freeze it, that will separate the fat for you. Just break off the frozen fat cap and you'll have your juice.

It should keep at least as long as the brisket. I like the freezing idea.

I heard a rumor, that there are some folks, at least one who is long since gone from here, that use brisket juice as a secret ingredient in BBQ liquids.
