Et 732 ?

Using my new et732 today on some chicken, having a problem....I can't get the Food temp to set below the default of 176.

What am I doing wrong, read instructions several times, it says how to increase the food temp, but not how to lower....duh!

Keep going up thill it starts over then hit mode when u get the temp u want

Amen to that! The instructions are a tad vague with the 732. Especially if you don't use it that often. I use it once a week on average. A slight learning cure involved for sure.

Mine was just delivered to the front door, so your question timing was perfect. I probably would have had the same question.
