Can anyone tell me if this would work? Could you put burgers onto lump charcoal and do caveman burgers?

I don't see why not, the flip will probably be a little on the tricky side

I can't tell you for certain. But, I also don't see a reason it wouldn't work assuming the heat is high enough, all the same principles should work.

That's what I was thinking...plus you wouldn't have to worry about getting ash on the meat.
