I received the 3" Victorinox Forschner Fibrox Slant Point Vent Boning Knife for my birthday last year and have been using it a lot to do various tasks. I've boned lots of thighs and did a few today and thought..."Man this thing really is a good boning knife!" So I thoht I'd share.

I'm not a comp guy but if I was I'd certainly have one of these in my quiver. Razor sharp and easy to maintain this thing wroks like a charm. And it's cheap...around $10.
I haven't used the Kiwi knives yet but this one is real good.
