Our dinner last evening consisted of Grilled Chicken Tenders. Marinated in fat free Italian Dressing overnight. I discovered overnight marinade with the fat free give the chicken a excellent bite through flavor. We eat our dinner around 5 every evening now. To keep my son from getting off the bus and filling up on snacks before dinner. I time dinner with him arriving home on the bus. This way he can fill up on good stuff and it works very well.

I really like having more control on the amount of heat the food gets at any given time. Just by raising and lowering the grate makes it hard to burn something up. I like not having to set the coals up to keep a safe zone so I don't burn it up like on my Weber. I was really pleased how high I could actually raise the cooking grate and still keep a good amont of heat going up to the meat and keep the cooking going without a temp. drop.

One of these days I'd love to have one of those Santa Maria type grills.

Looks like you're eating healthy - good on ya! :clap2:

I'd love to have one myself but right now it wasn't in the cards. Wife actually got this for me. She knew I wasn't going to buy it for myself even though I wanted it.

Yeah I got my portion sizes down pat with every plate I make for myself. Now instead of one big platter I have 3 portioned plates. :thumb::-P:wink:
