Just got the big smoker up to temp but something came up and I had to leave so I choked the fire out.
I have 2 boston butts and a brisket ready to cook.
I won't be able to get back to starting the smoker back up until late tonight (10:00pm) how fast can a guy smoke these 3 and still have it acceptable to eat? The meat will be for the freezer for later meals.
What temps to cook them fast?
