Saturday night dinner. Some thick juicy choice ribeyes dusted with Simply Marvelous Cherry and a bit of cherry wood mixed in with the lump. Cooked to a perfect medium rare. Grilled the asparagus and some artisan bread topped with roasted garlic butter. Pretty good eats. Thanks for looking!

Pron is food p*rn but if the word is used some work filters might restrict the website from being viewed thinking it is offensive content.

Where did you pick those up? The best quality ribeyes I can find around here have been at Sams.

Before starting on this forum it would never have occurred to me to put steaks on the smoker, trying it out tomorrow night! Thanks again for the enlightenment.

These were cooked on my Weber Kettle Grill not the smoker. I just added a little bit of cherry wood for some nice flavor. You have to make sure the heat source is close enough to the meat to sear and not just cook indirect when it comes to steak.
