Haven't been on here forever. Finally settled in TX and had a free weekend, so I did some cooking. ABT's, fatty, chicken quarters, a small butt and some cheesy potatoes.
Was trying to upload photos, but looks like I forgot to renew my membership. Have to go to the computer and figure it out.

Its been some time also since I have been on. Wife and I have been in Gulf Shores, AL for 2 months sucking down Seafood!
Today I lit "Big Red" (22" Resto Redhead Weber) up with Chicken Quarters on the Rot. Have 5 lbs in the basket now spinning with Pear wood for smoke and will put 5 lbs more on later for pulled chicken. And of course with lovely Indiana weather, is now snowing! So, good day to be inside watching the handle spin out the window as the flakes fall!
Kinda miss AL to be truthful!

I lived in Cincinatti before coming down here in June, had many snow filled cooking sessions with my trusty UDS. Nothing better than freezing your but off all day and sitting down to a great plate of BBQ. However... It 76 here today.
Had to get ride of it before moving and have been struggling with the little water smoker, but after today, I feel I can cook on it pretty darned good.
