The Welder I'm having take care of the hinges for me can't get to it till tomorrow do I thought I'd put it to use this after noon...a whole chub bologna, 3 fatties, 1 maple, 1 regular & 1 hot & spicy & 1 14lb picnic...Oooh the humanity....!

Nice. Where do you get your bologna? Do you hand slice it, and how thick do you slice it? Do you freeze some of it, and if so how well does it freeze? Thanks.

Looking awesome....love that big ole hunk of round steak! Lonnie Ray's BBQ in Harrisburg, MO makes a great sandwich outta that...they show the making of the Gee Willikers sandwich about 2 minutes into the video. This is just about my favorite place to go out and eat good cue and anyone near Columbia should give it a try!

I just bought that chub at Walmart.. I usually slice it about 1/4 " thick and yes I have frozen it and it takes really well but most of the time it's gone fast...
hey Marty buying a slicer is one of the best things I have ever done...
all of that is rubbed with simply marvelous sweet & spicy...
