View Full Version : 3 Lbs Of Pork Butt

Got done turning 2 pork butts into Hot Links and had 3 lbs of meat left. Since I just got done cleaning and reassembling the grinder and stuffer I used the food processor to make a 1/3 fine grind, 1/3 medium grind and 1/3 coarse grind for Jagdwurst.
Spooned into a 4" fiberous casing and light smoke for 6 hours til 152 internal.

That looks pretty darn good.....whats the recipe for that?
