I saw the crash hot potatoes the other day and thought I had to try those. Those things are awesome! I will definitely work them into my rotation. Thanks Brethren. I did the steaks with Bovine bold and Bad Byrons butt rub. The asparagus and the crash hots had Todds dirt and a little butter and a little pepper and then finished some with cheddar and some with italian blend cheese. Enough yapping here are some pictures.
