Hey,
Are these short ribs or back ribs?

The ones on top look like backribs to me, the ones on the bottom, not so sure, almost look like chuck ribs (plate, short, etc...)
on edit: You can often tell by looking at the bone cross section, if it is rounded, then back ribs, if it is flattened, then chuck ribs. Look at the ends that are more curved, that is where plate ribs will be almost connected, chuck ribs will be flattened and back ribs will be more rounded or squared.

They look like Beef Back ribs, short ribs are generally about 1/3 as long as those,
and will have more meat (usually) like the pic below.

Short ribs are actually sectioned parts of chuck and plate ribs, which are three times to four times as long as a typical short rib.

I should also have mentioned, backribs have the meat between the ribs, chuck and plate ribs have the meat largely on top of the bones. So, if there is a meaty flap between bones=back ribs, meat mostly on top=chuck or plate ribs.
