How many if any of you inject your ribs? I never have, but am thinking about it just to add another layer of flavor. Thanks

Never have. The only time I ever even heard of it was in IQUE'S new book.

I did for several test cooks at home but never did it at a contest. I just could not dial it in. The meat was so moist that @ 250 for 3 hours it was still struggling to develop a bark even though they were practically done " no need for foil". After my experimenting I won't waste my time with anymore. Results may be differant with you though.

We have never tryied or done it. I just watched bbq pit masters season 2 with the godfather and diva Q. diva Q injected hers on the show.

There are just better ways of doing ribs without injecting.
