This is my first time cooking pulled beef and it turned out amazing! Everyone at the party loved it! Getting and keeping the temperature where I wanted it was a pain in A$$ though! It was on the grill for about 3 1/2 hours at 300-350. I could only get it to about 150. Once it got to 150, I put it on the veggies and covered it in foil. Then, threw it back on at 350 for about 2 1/2 - 3 hours! Also cooked some beans to go along with the sammiches!

Nice!! For those of us who love to smoke/grill but really don't yet know how to *cook*, could you please 'splain the steps you went through to complete the drippings/ale/veggies? I'm definitely going to do this dish for our first get together.

I sliced up 2 green peppers, 1 red onion, and used 6 spoonfuls of chopped garlic. Added 1/4 Cup of Worcestershire Sauce and about 12 oz of Guinness. I got the recipe from a previous post, http://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/showthread.php?t=94382.

Donnie that piece of meat you started out with looks great! Looks like your cook went well since your meat is not swimming in the beer like mine was. Bet it tasted great. Beans look good too!

I made this for our Super Bowl party last month. Put it on some quality onion rolls with some provolone from a nearby deli. Great stuff.

Great Job, Great view.

I was stationed at Seoul myself, all I saw was high rises.
