My be I am a little too detailed. I found some posts about cooking hamburgers on the UDS. None of them give a time on how long to leave them on or how big to make them. Plus I have found temps from 250 to 300.
Any suggestions?
Hamburger and poultry soak up smoke really well & I don't want to leave them on too long for the size of patty I am making.
