i think i got a good sauce here, little sweet in the begining and a little fire in the end, i will say up front its a variation of a marlboro bbq sauce from their cookbook before im called out on it! lol
3/4 cups honey (http://www.food.com/library/honey-155)
3/4 cup dark molasses
1 cup ketchup (http://www.food.com/library/ketchup-156)
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste (http://www.food.com/library/tomato-paste-393)
2 cloves minced garlic (http://www.food.com/library/garlic-165)
2 tablespoons lemon juice (http://www.food.com/library/lemon-juice-55)
1 tablespoon cocoa powder (http://www.food.com/library/cocoa-powder-136)
1 tablespoon cumin (http://www.food.com/library/curry-powder-487)
1 tablespoon paprika (http://www.food.com/library/paprika-335)
1 tablespoon soy sauce (http://www.food.com/library/soy-sauce-473)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (http://www.food.com/library/worcestershire-sauce-176)
2 teaspoons franks red hot sauce
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (http://www.food.com/library/cayenne-pepper-320)
Directions:
mix all ingredients in a saucepan.
bring to boil on hi heat.
reduce to a simmer for 20 minutes.
ive made the original recipe and this slight variation and they were totally different and the altered one was soooo much better.
if you guys have nothing better to do give it a shot and gimme some feedback please
