Got a package in the mail today. I ordered SM Sweet Seduction, Sweet & Spicy, & Pecan. When I opened the package, I also found two trial packs of SM Peppered Cow.

Must be a new one Steph's been working on. Burgers were on the menu tonight, so I figured, why not? Added a little of the peppered cow before forming the burgers. Man, what a hit! Everyone said the burgers were awsome!

Looks like you've done it again Steph. :thumb: Can't wait to try it on a tritip or steak! Thanks!

I will be waiting somewhat patiently for the Peppered Cow. I have some great steaks, roasts, and briskets that need smoking!!!

Hrm. I'm going to have to give that a try. If I like it on brisket, I'd very likely be SM-exclusive for competitions. That'd be handy!

The peppered cow is incredible, been using it on briskets for a while now.
