View Full Version : Stuffed & Smoked Bolo

Just got back from lunch at home and had a great surprise in the bolo I smoked. I was anxious to try this after seeing Cowgirl Jenny's and was very careful when spiral cutting it but it still turned out much like the proverbial WRECK. In fact, it looked even worst after cooking it. Long story short - the fridge kinda fixed it up a lil bit. It had to be good with plenty of Provolone, 3 kinds of Olives and Pickles and it was especially good on some of those good homemade Black Sesame Seed Buns.
