What is shaping up to be my favorite cook...chicken rubbed with Cluck and Squeal with some Pecan smoke! Yum! I didn't have enough foresight to rub the chicken and put in the fridge overnight to help with crisping the skin. I thought that perhaps I'd add a little cornstarch with the C&S and see if that would help...I'd say it was an improvement over untreated but not as good as overnight...Still fantastic!
