So finally after MUCH debate and preparing of the wife, I pulled the trigger on a 2010 FEC100 sold by a fellow Brthren, Quenivorous.
John was kind enough to deliver it to my drive-way on his way down to another town in Florida. He is a class act!
Timing was impeccable as I needed to cook around 60lbs worth of BBQ for my son's Blue and Gold ceremony for Cub Scouts two days after I got the FEC. The BBQ turned out AWESOME and the cooker performed amazingly well.
I would have taken a lot more pics, but I wound up being hard pressed for time to get everything pulled and sliced. I think the brisket and butts were some of the best I have made to date. Lots of compliments from the crowd of 155+.
Me and the boys with the new member of the family.

Four butts on the top shelf, one packers on the 2nd, and 2 packers on the 3rd.

I'm looking forward to a lot more cooking with this beauty so plan on some future pics. :becky:
