So the girl surprised me with a L BGE for my 30th(she's a keeper)

Ceramic grill store has my head spinning, I'm woo-zy

I compete, I cook often and in large quantities.

Any tips, tricks, suggestions are appreciated.

Pretty set on the adjustable rig but don't want to make the wrong decisions.

I'll second the recommendation of DeepSouth. I love my adjustable rig / spider combo. Over time you will want to purchase additional stainless cooking grates and crossbars to increase your cooking space and options.

Everything sold by the Ceramic Grill Store is top notch and their customer service is great!

pulled the trigger and went with the adjustable rig customer combo, spider, rig, 13" stone, oval grid and drip pan, prob going to get another 16 inch stone and the extended grid once they get them in stock. Cant wait!~!
