I really like the concept of the UDS. Looking at the upright smokers like the pitmaker safe was wondering if it would be possible to make an upright out of a job box? Anyone try this?

About a year ago there was a guy on CL that had built one and was selling. too far for me to check it out but looked like a great smoker. I say try it, especially if you already have the box.:thumb:

I would have to invest in a box. Have to be used of CL and be picky what I am looking for. Need to put a parts/supplies list together. May be $$$ prohibited.
