View Full Version : Daytona 500 MooCow style Breakfast and my thanks to all Brethrens

Well here in Kansas it’s time for the rain delayed Daytona 500 to start. Therefore we need some energy to get us through the day. Last week I smoked a couple of pork butts so I still had some left for my first plow disk cook. (Thanks Shane), Saturday night. This morning I decide to warm up the left over’s from Saturday night and throw in a couple eggs and call it a Daytona 500 breakfast. This is just another reason why I am so appreciative of all the information I have gotten here. Thank you all.

Btw that looks a heck of a lot better than this bowl of cereal I'm eating.
