How many butts and / or how many St Louis cut slabs will fit on here.

The bottom grate is 32"x20" and the top grate is 28"x15.5". The 9lb pork butt I have in my fridge is approx 10"x8", so I figure I could easily get 8 butts on there and if I really wanted to pack them in, as many as 10-12.

Spares laid flat, I would say 8-10 racks. With rib racks? Alot!!! :mrgreen:
