Weber One touch gold off of Craigslist... I've been on the lookout for one, found a decent price, made an offer and it now sits in the garage!

I have never owned a weber kettle but it they always make me thing of backyard picnics as a kid and new I'd get one eventually.

Congratulations, you're going to love it. I got one last July and never lit my gasser again. Gave the gasser away to a friend today to make room for another kettle for larger family meals. I added a lid holder (slide-a-side) and a lid thermometer.

Just cooked on it for the first time and did not take a single pic... Too many other things on my mind and 17 with wind chill... but managed to reverse sear two nice strip steaks and hit med rare for myself (hot red!) and.... med-well for my wife ... i cringe but we have worked down from well done... done at same time...

You don't already have one? I think you should take yourself in for questioning. :becky:
