did some simple firewire kabobs on the bge last night. ribeye, tenderloin, sweet peppers and mushrooms. salt and dizzy pig raising the steaks on the steak and salt and plowboy's yardbird rub on the chicken.

Lookin' good! I hope you didn't loose too many asparagassessses. :thumb: I used to loose a lot until I got one of those veggie pans with the holes in the bottom.
