Thats a good deal on a pit that size. You can always modify it to your liking as well. Maybe put an upright on it. Take a look at it, if the fire box is not burned out, could be a deal. Better would be if the box was insulated.

That's actually a very good deal in my opinion...but I'd still offer them $4,000 and try to get them down a bit. But that's a lot of cooker!!! I'd make sure you had the demand for some thing that size and the storage space for it. That thing is a beast!!!
