I also trim spares and freeze the rib tips. My wife brought out a 3 pound bag of tips thinking she had a bag of chicken. Had the flour mixture and hot oil.

Sam, this is NOT chicken.

OK, we made chili, and it was just awesome.

And I thought chili had to made of beef. (NOT!)
