Southern Pride dh-65

Does anyone know much about these smokers: southern pride dh-65 (http://www.southern-pride.com/p/pits_dh-65.php)? There are a few of these up for auction, but they're being sold as-is. I'm curious what they went for new (in 2005), and how easy it will be to fix if there is any problems with the electronics.

Looks like today's list is $10,900. If you can't verify that they work, I would stay lower to $2K to give you a little room to fix anything that is broken, replace seals, etc... There are a few on ebay with current bids less than $1K with 2 days left. Southern Pride should still have parts if you need them. Good Luck!
