I currently have a recipe for venison jerky(sliced meat) that I like... but would like to make some jerky from all of the venison hamburger I have(with a jerky gun) and dont have a clue as to what is the best recipe? So Please feel free to pass on your best venison recipe(ground meat of course, but if you feel the need to share one for sliced meat I will gladly take notes.....) Thanks in advance!!!!:thumb:

I cheat :icon_blush:. I use Hi Mountain packaged dry mix. There are several varieties. It's available at my supermarket, but it looks like Amazon has it as well.

I have also used the hi mountain products and had great results. Great flavor and not to salty.
