Interesting. Care to share any more info on the stuffing recipe? Definitely looks like something myself and others might want to try.

These are popular in New Orleans. I u-tubed the de-boning technique. (first time) The stuffing is just cooked rice, cream of chicken soup, thawed broccoli pieces and some shredded Colby jack.

No it has almost all the bones removed.

Yes, Pepin does make it look easy but it"s not that hard really. I did one a few weeks back following his video method here and it turned out real good.

Took me longer to debone chicken 'cause i kept going back to the video but it all worked and I'm sure anyone here could do it too.

This is the start of my Tur-duc-en training.
