I ordered a Red Sky Pizza Stone with some of my Christmas money. It came in today and it had a gash in it and the edges were crumbling. UPS had clearly taken this stone for a rough ride. So, I emailed Red Sky. Within about an hour, I received an email with a tracking number for the replacement stone they are sending and an apology for the damaged stone. Now that is customer service! I like to do business with people who take care of their customers. Good on ya' Red Sky!
