My gf had decided this will be a new tradition. I have 2 New York strips with Tasty Licks ribeye rub on them while 2 twice baked cajun potatoes are in the oven

I hate to admit it, but the steaks were over done. I had a little flair up on the gasser and it cause one half to go further than desired. It didn't go crazy over done but more medium well than medium like I prefer. Still the rub was DELICIOUS

Recipe please!

Not really a recipe but we used about 3 tbsp of butter, a little milk, approx 4 tbsp of sour cream, hand full of cheese, chives, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper, some bacon bits, and some of the caking rub that comes in the Gamecock 3 rub set (they have them on Amazon in nearly every schools logo but they're the same rubs)
