Well, it looks like they turned out quite well... :thumb: :clap2: :becky:

How'd you end up prepping/cooking them?

yes, quite.

i will however, use more on the 2nd dusting before going on the grill next time.

they weren't quite hot enough for me. :heh:

In addition to using more on the 2nd dusting, let them sit in the HDD/EVOO marinade for 2 or 3 days. Seriously, it was an accident because something came up and we couldn't grill them until they had been sitting in the marinade for 3 days, but this allowed the HDD to really soak into the meat and they were hotter!

I guess I am out of the loop.

What the heck is HDD?
Sounds like "hard disk drive" or something like that.

Good Looking Grub.

Oakridge BBQ's "Habanero Death Dust" a limited edition rub. PM kcmike (Oakridge) to see if there's any still available.

As to those wings. Fabulous color! What Redhot said about the three day marinade though. Try it!

Habanero Death Dust, it was a limited edition rub offered by Oakridge BBQ. I think he made a second batch since it sold out so fast. Go to his website or track him (kcmike is his forum name) down on this site, he may still have some. It's killer stuff!
