Pig candy!! I just made some over the weekend with HDD it was killer. Here is a batch that BBQ Bandit made...almost makes you want to lick the screen. I plan to add this to my rub the next time I cook some ribs.

It mixes well with Santa Maria seasoning, I did some chicken thighs with 50/50 and they turned out fantastic.

A glass of milk! I followed the receipe on the web site for wings. I skipped the leaf blower part though. Wholly hang your tounge out they were farking HOT! I am excited to try it in combo with some other rub though. Or perhaps solo but not put on so much next time.

Well whatever you do, DO NOT use it as:

an eye ointment
a nasal lavage
an anti-itch powder
and for Heaven's sake, wash your hands BEFORE you go to the bathroom!

I used it as a major ingredient in a glaze for a twice smoked ham. It was THE BOMB!

Here's an approximation of the ham glaze I made:

1/2 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
2~3 TBS honey
2 rounded tsp powdered mustard
3 TBS HDD (Yes, I did say 3 TBS)
The juice from one can of pineapple slices in natural pineapple juice poured in at the last until I had the desired consistancy.

Some really good wings! Even people that don't eat spicy food like them!
