Well, I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who occasionally loses control when shopping at RD or your favorite meat market. I had to get rid of 6 strips or lose them, so I ground them with pork shoulder and hard salami. I got too smart for my own good - saving so much money buying the WHOLE salami at RD.

So anyway, 80% steak, 10% pork shoulder, 10% hard salami. Turned out great, you can even get away without adding any spices due to the salami.


Been raining all day, didn't feel like going out so no grill pics - Pan fried today.
