Cooked all the turkeys ordered at the restaurant yesterday. Nice to get mine done early. 22 birds and 10 breasts smoked over Hickory in the Oyler Pit.

J & R Manufacturing builds the Oyler 700 in Mesquite Texas.

It is the end all be all in commercial smokers. :thumb:

Holy Smokes. How long does it take you to prep that many birds?

Doesn't that smoker double as a crematorium? Birds look great, but I still say they look like you're creating some kind of poultry army to take on the world!

Wow! Is this biggest smoker manufactured? I had an apartment once that wasn't much bigger than that. lol And those turkeys! Talk about your legion of the bird. The consistency is amazing. Guess with this type of cooker, you always know what you're going to get. Very impressive!

The real question is... are YOU preparing a bird today for the family?

Great looking birds. Bet it took more than a six pack to cook all them. Looks more like a case of beer cook right there.
