Tonight dinner at Padawan's place...don't know what we're gonna cook up yet,going to do some groceries right aPhter work.
Tomorrow I'll be smoking 10kg of chicken quarters for my Mom...She is going to a party and She (Me) takes care of the chicken...chicken is marinating since yesterday evening.

My Far East entry for lunch today, and maybe a chicken to celebrate the marathon on Sunday.

Wish I had more time but both my father and I are running this weekend in Philly.

Friday Night Steak Night...tonight...ribeyes! :-P Sunday Rhana and I are hosting our first Hot-N-Fast Competition Cookin' Class...gonna teach a few local folks how to cook pork butts and briskets...should be fun! :thumb: Have a great weekend everyone...stay warm! :becky:

Sunday we are smoking 5 turkeys, 4 butts, 3 racks of ribs and 1 brisket. Should be a very good day!

I think I will fire up some cornish hens, some wings, and some ribs. Im going to try out the Plowboys rub and some oak to see how it goes.

I am thinking about some smoked burgers on Sunday. I'm trying to replicate a burger I had in Charleston, SC. A burger with chow-chow, fried green tomatoes, and pimento cheese. :-D Yum.

I've got 16 butts on now and it's kicking MY butt. Darn wind won't let the smoker draw right or something. I'm still learning
