Picked up some Hatch, Jalapeno and Yellow peppers. Stuffed with Cream Cheese and Mild Cheddar. Cooked indirect at 240º for about 2 hours and 20 minutes.
Threw on some Hotdogs and cooked them for about 45 minutes.
