hello,
Here is a little about me. My name is Daniel, I live in Frisco Texas (North of Dallas). My family and I love bbq so last year I bought a small offset firebox smoker from Home depot to get my feet wet. I am still very new to smoking but learning along the way. I love any and all smoked meats!
Last week I upgraded to a much larger pit that will enable me to go to competitions when the time comes. This website has a wealth of knowledge and I wanted to be a part of it. I look forward to talking with you all.
