After several weeks (and even possibly months) of searching for a suitable new smoker, I was directed towards this site: http://www.temequebbq.com/

There, the "Junior" model (http://www.temequebbq.com/Comming_Soon.html) perfectly fit my needs, my cost, and my location.

I even found some decent reviews of the unit here in other posts (I believe Garth57 owns one --- or atleast used one).

However, my emails & calls to this maker have gone unreturned. His voicemail is up and working and answers itself as Temeque BBQ, yet I haven't heard back regarding any of my inquiries on the unit.

Does anyone here have insight into this maker? Is he out of business? Or just on hiatus? I'd like to know where he stands regarding his products so I can either continue my search or (hopefully) move forward with one of his.

Any info from you guys would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for finding his post history. Sent him a msg via these forums. Not keeping my fingers crossed, but atleast it's one more way to try and get in touch.

I know the owner, and have used his smokers on several occasions. I will contact him and see whats up. It has been a few months since I spoke with him.

The smokers are great, and work really good. Great price also. More to follow.

Thanks so much Pete. If you need to pass along my info to him personally, just PM me and I'll relay it to you. Hopefully he's well and just busy with production. Would really love to wow the family & friends this holiday with one of his verts.
