So I was away and she was dying for some smoked Turkey. I told her to SMOKE IT HERSELF! :-o So she did.

After watching me countless times, she learned how to light the chimney, load the charcoal into the WSM and properly season the turkey. She also learned what temps to pull it out of the smoker!

I think I have won the game of life :-D

Careful, you know what happens when she figures out she doesn't need you anymore. Just don't teach her how to fix the plumbing and you should be safe.

I just got mine figuring out how to light the...dare I even say...gas grill! You got yours smoking a turkey -- and enjoying the process no less?? Wow -- just wow.

Keep mowing the lawn, and you'll be ok.
