This is my first post...Sharing photos of my fattys from this breakfast today. :thumb: I'm a novice, would love any advice, suggestions, etc. This is a chicken sausage stuffed with green apple, pear and nutmeg. The other is a Jimmy Dean Sage fatty, bacon wrapped, cheddar, onion, red pepper, rib rub...

Tubes and ingredients look great! Looks like it needed alittle more heat and time.

Very nicely done. Looks great from here, and can not go wrong with the apples for chicken sausage. Great idea!

Looks darn good to me.

I'm ashamed to admit that I've never made a "fatty", of any kind, yet. I will remedy that in the next few weeks.
